The Alumni Association of Charampa Mahavidyalaya came into existence in Principles after a couple of years of the inception of the college. It is a philanthropic association formed in the background of its members' attachment and obligation to their alma mater which moulded them to be what they are today.

Other than recreating their fond memories and retracing their past link to the institution, the main objective of the Association is to bring about possible upliftment to their mother institution to which they are indebted. It provides a platform for interaction in the form of discussion and collaboration between the old students and the present staff for the progress of the institution. In fact the college keeps going ahead with its multifarious activities due to their co- operation. It provides physical, mental and financial support to their mother institution to translate their dream in to a practical reality.

Membership of the Association is open to all the old students of Charampa Mahavidyalaya who desire to participate in its various activities of their temple of learning. The members of the Association, being convened by the Principal, get together once in a year. The principal can call such meeting at any time to seek their suggestions and cooperation at the time of crises and observation as well. The decision of the principal is final in case of any conflict or difference and opinions among the members.
