This course/programme has been implemented from the session 2003-04 as a joint venture by the Department to Higher Education, Govt. of Orissa and Computer Point Education 05-N-114, Nayapallai, Bhubaneswar, Orissa Chapter. All the students of Arts, Science and Commerce at the +2 Level will be trained and certificate will be issued by the above authority Course such as DCA, PGDCA will be imparted to the students of +3 Arts and Science, Commerce Streams. Students desirous of getting computer training can obtain detail of course and fee statement from the computer point in-charge / Consultant Office located in Library Building of Charampa Mahavidyalaya, Bhadrak.

HOW TO APPLY:
Duly filled in application along with the following documents shall be submitted in the college counter from 10 am to 1 pm in person and index card shall be issued in receipt of application. However the outstation candidates may send their application forms by Regd. Post to the Principal, Charampa Mahavidyalaya, Bhadrak - 756101 within the stipulated time limit and their index card will be sent by post in due course of time. In such cases the applicant must affix requisite postage stamp on the space of the Index Card.
a) Attested copies of S.L.C.
b) Attested copies of HSC mark sheet.
c) Money receipt in original issued by the College.
d) Attested pass-port size photography (4 copies) at the time of admission.
e) Intimation and Index Card affixed with required postage stamp. Attested copies of other certificate SC/ST/Handicapped/ NSS/NCC/Sports/Green Card etc. claiming for reservation / weightage in admission.

Note: Application received late / incomplete are liable to be summarily rejected.
